We required a skilled hospitality procurement consultant to totally overhaul our group purchasing practices, to consolidate our volume and identify leakages within our current systems. At the very least we were seeking confirmation that our purchasing practices were efficient. Our expectations were exceeded as Rob Taggart of F&B Solutions identified many consolidated savings.

F&B Solutions identified savings in all categories from light bulbs to milk. These savings provided a weighted average of 14% across all spends reviewed - with some categories identifying more than 32% in savings.
